Anastasia Coles has always been an artist and a story teller. Having moved around a bit growing up, she became fascinated with the way spaces were changed by the people that inhabit them. Every space felt different from when someone entered to after someone left it.

She began her real work as an artist as a writer and photographer, eventually moving into filmmaking as well. She studied film theory and gender studies at Wilfrid Laurier University for a few years before moving to a filmmaking program at Fanshawe College. She is currently studying integrated media at the Ontario College of Art and Design University.

Anastasia has done some work as a wedding and event photographer, and designed websites. Her photography was featured at Coffee Public in downtown Toronto as their artist of the month. She is currently dabbling in interior decorating and you can follow her on her personal Instagram as well.
